Missing information license 1299

Hi All,
While trying to get the license i connect the PC to my bike, i can see the VIN on the MelcoDiag page but i'm not reading all the information.
Already tried to disconnect-reconnect but the result is the same (one remark is that sometimes i get the SW Version of the bike as 5 and sometimes as A)
