Hi everyone, I'm Manuel from Italy, I just bought a 2016 Multistrada 1200 DVT. yesterday I tried to register the license with melcodiag but I have a problem, one of the previous owners had already registered, I asked the person from whom I bought the motorbike but it's not him, it's the previous owner who we don't know, is there a way to receive the license linked to the vin of my used motorbike
