Hi, I have a Multistrada 1200S 2014 and have downloaded Melcodiag software. When i connect the bike I get an option to click yes for 2011 and no for 2012. With either option clicked I am unable to reset the Desmo. Can anyone advise if I am doing something wrong or whether the Melcodiag won't work. Also not sure if it is connected but the Odometer shows dashes as appose to mileage, this happened when I disconnected the battery.

oh it look like a 2010 model yes
as the vin is unknow sometimes the reset desmo and service buttons are crossed
avec you try to press service reset button in 2 modes as well

What do you mean by 2 modes?

2011 and 2012

Yes I've tried that. Not sure if it is connected or not but I have dashes on total mileage on dashboard screen. Bike is a 2014 model
