I have a 2011 Monster 1100EVO
I connect fine using M3C write report works fine I fill in the licence application post debug data
however when i send for the licence i get "missing some information" error
below my debug file

this is the url of the error message

Have you had a chance to have a look at my problem

if the url is empty , you have to look elsewhere
there is no com with the bike .
bad elm or you'r plug at the wrong conenctor
or you have not put ignition ...
