Hello,
I just got a 2012 Diavel and wanted to reset the Desmo and oil service. I requested and received the license as usual. Unfortunately, there seem to be problems. My first attempt was with Melodiag version 2.0.4.1. The ignition always turned off automatically after about 20 seconds. After that, I downloaded the new version 2.0.4.4. Now that doesn't happen anymore, but it only recognizes the ECU software version, etc., but not the VIN. The service can't be reset. Any ideas?

ELM, etc., can be ruled out. I reset a 950 Hyper the same day. Everything worked there.

sometimes you need to wait ecu to switch off completly , then vin will be back
i don't know excatly how many times , but if you want to speed it up , you can disconnect / reconnect battery
