Ducati Multistrada 1200S D-Air suspension not working – need help

Hello everyone,
I’m working on a Ducati Multistrada 1200S (2014) Safety Pack with the D-Air system. The active suspension is not functioning, but there are no error codes shown in MelcoDiag or on the dashboard.
Has anyone experienced a similar issue or can suggest what steps to take to diagnose or fix this problem?
Could it be related to the D-Air system communication or ECU configuration?
Also, I’ve seen that the new forum is now active — is this the right place to ask for technical support and license-related questions?
