Only pulls VIN - Licence Button does nothing

Ducati Multistrada 1260s 2018
Software connects to the bike, but does not pull all the information such as ECU type etc, it only pulls the VIN number?
Using OBDII InterfaceV1.5 (with the little switch)
When I click get licence it thinks but then nothing... laptop connect to web etc.. any thoughts?

`some v1,5 are not compatible with melcodiag
try posting a report for checking

So I am on the 3rd ELM327... none of them will pull anything more than the VIN..BUT, when I ran Melcodiag as an Admin I was for the 1st time able to pull a report.... can this give any insight? or maybe having a license key it will work?

it worth to ask a licence and check if you can go further

no you posted a debug report in your licence forms.
you shouldn't port z report there , only use the prefilled data
in your czse , you would may be need to add a line with no ecu data , to make it successfull trough the automate

It does not create a report when I click the create licence button. Nothing happens?

when you are are connected to the net with the data feeded in melcodiag , the get licence button open the registration web page on your browser
you only have to complete it with your email and bike model year

Ok, like I said unfortunately that does not happen.
The page does not open, nor does anything save to a txt file.
I maybe with try uninstalling Melcodiag and unzipping again.
