Hi,
I have Superpsort 950S, use the Euro 5 to OBD connector with ELM327 v1.5, direct usb cable connection to PC ( Win11 Pro ).
I did not install any drivers, upon connection the adapter show as COM7 under COM device and i use this to COM connect with MelcoDiag.

It connects succesfully but is not reading any data ( Vin, basic engine telemetry data etc ) - the only thing i'm getting is ECU as below when i scan for it (in ANY Bike mode)



and when i want to use the M3C connection i have the OutOfMemory Exception.

Any pointers if i do anything wrong here ?

Hi, can you give the exact model of your ELM127? Or even a link to it. I'm sure that not all models work according to their internal protocols.

we had a lot of issues with elm 1.5 prefer the 1.4

Ordered the ELM327 v1.4 one based on PIC18F25k80 - will report back on how it went.
I have strong suspicion that the 1.5 ( actually if you dig deep enough - the 1.5 version actually does not exists outside of only chinese clones of the interface ) is the issue.

Le problème est qu'il est difficile maintenant de trouver des v1.4 en vente...
C'est pour ça qu'il faut trouver quels sont les modèles exacts en 1.5 qui fonctionnent, car il y a plusieurs déclinaisons.

les modeles chez obdauto , lonelec, bmdiag sont compatibles

I was able to connect ok with new cable and software is reading my vin, identifies the bike and also displays some of the engine telemetry fine as well.
However when i try to reset oil service light nothing happens - do i need a licence file for that ? ( already sent the request via software )

in debug report you see if the software is registered or not

All good ! After receiving license file and adding it to the software i was able to reset succesfully oil service light.
