I just re-downloaded the MelcoDiag software and retested using my same license I originally received. It appears the program is working better and is properly identifying the bike as a 2025 Panigale V2S. Also, I'm no longer receiving the error code as I did previously.... However, once connected the service reset buttons (service interval, desmo, annual service 0, and annual service 1) all result in an audible error sound and are still failing to reset the service light.
Any ideas? Please advise.
