Managed to reset my desmo service on 2015 Scrambler thru Melcodiag.. since desmo warning came up the mileage reading vanished and replaced with flashing dashes. I’ve read the dash has to be synced with ECU.. Any way I can resolve this issue thru melcodiag or would it be a dealer sync? Thank you in advance for your advice

sorry there is no option to resynch dash and ecu , you will have to drive

Read odo front dash by melcodiag and reprogram your black box by cheap programmer (for example Ch341a)
You have to change odometer and checksum
