Hello everyone, i have a MTS 1260 grand tour version 2020. I am trying to setup the software in order to reset the annual and km service lights.(km service light will be activated in the next 300km). I am having a hard time to request a license because it seems that software is able to fetch only the VIN number and not any info about Ecu, software-hardware etc.. Because of those blank data i am not able to apply for a license : Be sure you are using the right software and the rights cables for connecting to your bike , data are incomplete!

i don't know if the elm is really compatible
but you can try to edit the 1st line of the prefilled data when you register by inserting : no ecu data

Thanks, i received the license today. I just noticed that there are a few MTS GT 1260 registered already with valid data on https://jpdiag.akress.com/modelselect.php so maybe its indeed an elm issue. I ordered another one. I will leave a reply once i receive and test the new one.
