2018 Ducati Scrambler 1100 service reset

Hi there. I have managed to get my bike to talk to Melcodiag and I have registered the software. Unfortunately, I am not able to reset my service indicator. Has anyone achieved this with the 2018 Scrambler 1100?

seems strange you'r not getting the vin
where you elm is coming from ?
did you try to tick m3c before to connect ?

I used m3c for the report but it got my VIN for registration by clicking 'Any bike'. No VIN with m3c.

It gives annual service date as today's date. Buttons seem active but no response.
