Ducati Hypostrada 2013 service reset

hi just purchased my bike and want to reset the desmo service the button is active but it does not clear the service from the dash ? note registered the bike and connects fine.

the debug report says not registerd .
are you sure you are using the licence file belonging to this bike ?
this elm v1.5 has already worked ?

Just regstered again using my wifs e mail and saved the file same problem?

saved the file in the same folder as melcodiag it also does not show any ecu details just the vin?
