license wont open in software

Hi all,

just downloaded the software and connected absolutely fine to my bike with everything, however after I put the bike details in and sent off for the license I copied the license into the root folder for JPDiag and now the software won't open. Can anyone advice at all? Opens absolutely fine when I delete the license again. Id like to reset my TPS, but cant get the software to work with the license its showing as 0kb, so guessing its a file issue?

the server is full actually.
