Hi everyone,
Currently experiencing issues connecting to jpdiag.akress.com. Is the site currently down? I’m getting an ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED when trying to open the website even when I use a vpn. Is there any alternative to download the melcodiag tool?

you can use the backup one , i can't get in touch with the hoster , i don't know what is happening
