2024 scrambler

Hello,
I would appreciate any help. I was able to connect to my bike (2024 scrambler 800), got the license, the software is communicating with my bike because it read the VIN and DTC codes, but when I click on any of the service reset buttons, all I get is a beep from the computer. It looks like communication is happening - lights are flashing on the OBD reader, but the service reset indicator stays on. Can anyone help me? Has anyone else been successful with a 2024 scrambler?
Thanks for any help

I believe this is the correct report (it took multiple tries to get it to work):
"File generated On 8/29/2026 12:03:10 PM"
"Software version 2.0.5.3"
"ELM version : ELM327 v1.4"

I didn't see any errors or messages. Would they appear at the bottom of the window?
Also, another question, does the report file have to be in the same directory as the program and license file?
Lastly, thank you very much for helping!!

the report is created in the melcodiag directory.
it has no effect on the working of melcodiag
you have to be carefull the dll are located in melcodiag directory and unlocled
yes the message would appear at the bottom of the windows

I don't remember seeing any messages, but I will try again tomorrow and will post anything I see. When I tried it previously it would do something (I would see the OBD reader blinking lights), then the computer would beep, then that would be it. The service light would stay on.
Thank you again for helping

I tried resetting the "Service Interval" again, multiple times, and still get the same result: the OBD lights blink (it's communicating), then the computer beeps, but that's it. No change and the service light is still on.
When I first connect, I did get a small window that asked if my bike was a 2011 or 2012, it's neither so I selected "no". I didn't this would be an issue. The only other things I can see that might need to be considered but I don't know:
1) It does have DTC codes - I haven't looked into them yet and I haven't cleared them
2) It is due for: an oil change - which I am assuming is the "Service Interval" button and it is due for it's 7500 mile service, and it's due for it's annual. They all happened to line up with each other
3) When I tried to read the "get service date" it returns with "N/A".
4) I don't know if one of these needs to be reset before the other
I don't know if any of the information above is helpful. I would really like to be able to service my bike myself and am really hoping you can help.
Thanks you
