I have requested a license, but I don’t get a confirmation, I get a pop up saying don’t post web link here, use the blue button, which I did. Am I doing something incorrectly?

arent you paste and copy your clipboard in the licence form ?
you shall only press get licence button , and complete the request adding your email and bike type. the data fiels shall not be edited

Yes, that is what I did, and it opens another page, but states that I shouldn't post here. It states not to use Microsoft, but to use Chrome, so I moved to Chrome and it still does the same.

I do have the report.

I think I may of managed to do it, I pasted the info into a browser page directly, and I received a confirmation message.

I am having what seems to be the same problem. Can you please give me a bit more info as to what you did? I've had the same error messages when I press send. I'm not sure what data I have to copy or from where. Any help you could give would be appreciated. Thanks
