Good day.
I've been following the steps to get a license file but, when I get on the final page I don't get the intended success message.
I'm using melcodiag with a bluetooth OBDII BluescanII bought from Lonelec.
The bike connects fine and reads parameters fine.

Please let me know from the attachments what I might be doing wrong.

how many licence did you ask ? is it your first one ?

It is my first one.
I repeated the license request a few times as I never saw the final message like "Congratulations, you will receive a new license in your email in the next X hours".
