Update: I re-downloaded MelcoDiag today and tried to reset the service again. Still doesn´t work for me. This is my debug file:

Nope, I guess it might be the same issue as with your bike.

I tried it today with a different computer. It seems like the license is fine now, but the service reset is not working. I tried it multiple times in M3C and any bike mode but nothing worked. This is my debug report:

I did that before. I deleted the old one and put the one from your e-mail in. If you want you can have a look via rustdesk, just tell me when.

Alright, what information would be useful for you or what screenshots should I take?

I also noticed that the mileage it reads is incorrect and the rpm sensor shows numbers between 8000 and 8200 while the engine is off. May there be an issue with my elm adapter or driver?

Is it possible to send you screenshots or a screen recording of the whole process?
