I sent my License request yesterday (using the MelcoDiag app button) but so far have not received any response. I checked the spam folder as well.

Do you know if the license was sent to me (pm.purchases@gmail.com) or how long can it take?

Can anyone indicate which tool is the right one for a 2018 Desert Sled?
I'm not sure if I should use Melcodiag or JPdiag
