I am having what seems to be the same problem. Can you please give me a bit more info as to what you did? I've had the same error messages when I press send. I'm not sure what data I have to copy or from where. Any help you could give would be appreciated. Thanks

I get through to where I need to press the blue "get license" button ok. The program has read all the info from the bike.
