I have tried another elm, but is always an 1.5. Same story.
Writing "no ecu data" in the data collected for registration, the mail was sent and i received the license.
But the reset button for annual service is not working.
If you say that the app cannot read any data, i understand why the button ...

That's the problem. I haven't the license file.
When i click the blue button to get the license, and click the send button in the form, i got an error: the data is incomplete.

i tried with another cable (USB adapter) but i have the same reply.
The VIN and the motor type are detected, but no ECU type or software or version.

Last week i requested the license according to the procedure: click on the blue button and fill in the field on the form. I looked in my mail and also in the spam but i didn't receive anything. Maybe i did something wrong?
