hello Jp, he is a friend of mine and i have help him for get the licence. I have used Melcomdiag 2.0.4.4 , but when i hav push "get licence" dont have work. the report is:

all done! annual service resetted. Thank you!
i have try for first with Melcodiag but even if the button work correctly the service on the display dont go away... after that i have do a test with JPdiag and even if when i push the button is like the software dont do nothing.... on the display is ...

dont know what is happen, but i have send the request with the button on melcodiag one time.... then i have try another time and have say about i have send two times the same request.....
anyway really thank you, i hope all will work now.

I have do that, two times and the program have advise me to hafe sended two requisiti for the same bike.... i stay waiting the licence until yestersay

hello at all, i live in italy and i have a Ducati Supersport 939 S. I have installed the app and connect to my bike but even if i have send a request for the licence i stay waiting without can use the app.
