I have a MTS 1200 2018.
Have the cable and Melco Diag running on laptop.
Have obtained the licence giving full use and connectivity.
Connects and reads Vin but ECU says no information.

Did you ever resolve - I have same issue (ECU no information).
However I have the license and Melco Diag works, but when I try to reset the service light nothing happens.
