Still no luck with oil service reset. everything populates as it should. I'm connecting with the any bike option I can clear and reset the pin code. when I hit the service reset or desmo reset the data transfer lights flash on the obd adapter but nothing happens with the software and no changes ...

I tried connecting with the any bike option. The vin and software populates. when I go to the resets menu I click on the button for service interval or the reset dash pin, lights flash on my obd adapter but I don't hear the bike response. I connected with the M3C. M3D... option no info populated but ...

I read the owners manual and the pin has been reset now. oops

so now I am connected but wont clear the oil reset it shows -500 every time I power on still. tried the pin reset- The pin start is no longer is an option when you press the power button with the key away from the bike. I would appreciate any help you can give.

I bought it from ebay. I can try to return it. Is there an adapter you recommend?

I forgot to include my bike is a 2014 Multistrada touring. I am looking to reset the oil change interval and the keyless code and continued maintenance going forward.

the obd2 adapter connects to com port 3, np. when the software is connected to my bike I hear sounds coming from the bike like its communicating. nothing populates in the field for bike info. any recommendations ?
