I downloaded a fresh (latest version) of Melcodiag and licence onto the new pc. The first laptop stopped working/it was old so I had to try a new device.

I’m unsure what steps to take? Should I delete all files on the new device then re install and request a new licence?

Ok so I downloaded from the site and re registered (got another licence), dropped in the Melcodiag directory restarted the pc and still the licence button isn’t greyed out.

After running through the setup I was able to connect the software, then download a licence but could not proceed further so went for a break.

Since re connecting after a break and re visit of the steps to ensure I’ve done things correctly I couldnt get Melcodiag to connect to my Ducati MTS ...
