Streetfighter V2 Reset Gears

Bike 3 & 2 the reset does not display

i updated the app to show the button

I confirm the button is present after the update,
When I choose oil reset the elm lights flash orange and follow with green lights and a audible confirmation on laptop, then checking the bike I confirm it’s worked
When I choose annual reset the elm lights flash orange and again green lights and the audible confirmation, again checking the bike I confirm success

When using the gear reset, the orange lights flash, but no green lights and no audible confirmation, and the bike does not enter the need for gear learning procedure

ok so none of the 3 options works.
sp i have no clue how to do unfortunatly
