Can you explain the kind of error? Ducati M1100

Hi,
I'm working with MelcoDiag and i didn't read the complete issue that i watched in the DTC. Below i highlighted the error in my 500 ECU:

It's finish the phrase and i didn't read the other part of phrase because i coudn't enlarge the windows in MelcoDiag.
Another question is, what does it mean STATUS 40 or 60? Those Status appeared in the last scan of 500 ECU.

P0121 [ECU] Horizontal cylinder throttle position error [TPS 1 - Difference between track 1 and track 2]
i can't tell you the status signification.
could be permanent error , or intermitant error

It's permanent error. What does it mean "difference between track 1 and track 2"?
