trying to register 2016 ducati multistrada

so ive connected to my 2016 ducati multistrada 1200s, it reads and shows bikes vin but no bike, ecu type, software/hardware version.
it writes a report and ive saved the debug info then if I click blue get licence box it takes me onto the next page and I put bike and email info and box below has the bike info in it but when I send, it goes onto another page and says be sure im using correct software and data is incomplete.
im using a bbfly elm327 v1.5
what am I not doing correctly or can I paste the debug report and send that to get my licence?

So reading through other posts I’ve seen you reply to somebody with adding the no bike data in the 3rd box which I’ve now done and it’s said I should recieve an email shortly so hopefully all done correctly!

Hi thanks for sending me the registration link, I’ve dragged it into my melcodiag folder then reopened the app, I’ve read and cleared a dtc but on the reset page when I click on any of the service resets it’s doing nothing?
Am I doing something wrong here?

ive given up tonight, ive definately added the licence file in correctly as the blue register button disappears after I connect to the bike.
this is where everything goes wrong, it will read certain things like the keys, engine temps, voltage etc but trying to click on any of the service reset buttons nothing happens and when I click on things like fuel pump, fans, lights etc to see if they activate it does nothing there either.
im wondering if it could be my elm327 lead, im using the bbflyeobd switching lead that I use on my ford custom with forscan, its v1.5.
can anyone recommend a v1.4 lead to try?

have you tried the version 2.0.4.7 or 2.0.4.6 ?
