Post by Richie »

Hello, whats the usual time frame to receive a licence?
I sent my registration off some time a go and have not yet received it.
Thanks

within 24 hours if you send correct data and email
too many people try to register with the debug data or without being enable to establish a connection with the bike
it's worthless to register if your setup is not able to discuss with the bike , the registration cannot be done ,and it won't make the communication working

to summarize reasons to not reveive it :
- debug data posted
- no bike info (model and year)
- wrong email
- no communication with the bike or partial communication

if you did all correct and you don't get it , check your spam folder

OK, I did post the debug info so that is what the problem is.
I was having trouble, when i clicked the get licence button, nothing would happen.
I have since been able to get it to work using 2.0.4.7 version.
Hopefully I have now done it correctly.
