How to solve the Speedometer problem TOT --------

Post by armandocasillas »

How can I sync the speedometer with the ECU on a 2017 Ducati Scrambler?
Everything works fine, but the ODOMETER is stuck displaying "----------". Is there a way to resynchronize the ECU with the speedometer using the MelcoDiag software?

I have the same problem on Monster 821 2015, Melcodiag show BBS error P0500 front wheel speed to high. but I'm unable to delete any kind of DTC by Melcodig.
If BBS disconnected Total mileage is ok like my short here: https://www.youtube.com/shorts/K4sNTetRXFM
Did you try to disconnect bbs?

individual dtc delete may be not supported by the ecu.
if you press the global dtc erase button that should works.
if the dtc is still there , then your component is still defective

yes I tried with debug report, and IT can show me all ECU found on and DTC codes, but DTC are a bunch of incomprehensible numbers for me
