license not activated

Good morning everyone, I apologize in advance for my English... I'm having a big problem with Melcodiag activation. I received the license file, I inserted it into the program .exe folder, the bike connects but it doesn't activate the license and consequently I can't do anything and I can't reset the service, I tried to uncheck "debug info for report and registration" but it still doesn't activate, I don't know what to do, my motorcycle is a 2012 Multistrada 1200S. i see you ask it again today
you can try with the new file.
and if stoll doesn't forks , it's probably becasue the file is missing some permissions for the place you place it , or the file has a different name ec ..

Excuse me, I solved the problem. I just had to put the program folder on disc C and not on the desktop
