No license received

Hi all,

First time posting so not sure what to expect.
I submitted a request on last thursday for a license key for my Multistrada 1200s 2015 but have not received anything
On internet I read it could take a couple of hours or about a day so im wondering what your experiences are?

for sure if you didn't received it something goes wrong
sometimes emails are not complete , i'm trying to guess it but...
sometimes some junk or report data are posted ,
sometimes the application get nodata from the bike ,
sometimes there no information about the bike , people put the vin instead of from wich bike the data cames from this is your case
sometimes people forget to check their spam folder as well.

Hmmm that's strange hope I can fix it.
When i connect my bike with Melcodiag it says no ECU data and puts the VIN number in it, how do i fixt that?
I believe I read it in the forums that i needed to have the next two items and Melcodiag:

all you did was ok except the bike model/year which cannot your VIN . it's filled by you , i don't need your vin in this field
