Ducati Scrambler Annual sevice Reset (with Lonelec BlueScan)

I finally managed to reset my 2019 Scrambler 800 annual service which after 1 month countdown reminder was on this week.

It was quite tedious, having to do several tries before the reset worked - Initially, Melcodiag (v 2.0.4.6) was connecting with correct ECU, HW, SW & VIN identification, but the Reset buttons were not active ... don't know why.

I tried battery disconnection, switching key off then on while melcodiag was connected, disconnect/reconnect melcodiag with key on - none with sucess to reset, the buttons remained inactive.

So my final try: I suppressed the Bluetooth coupling, restarted PC, recoupled the Lonelec bluetooth device, checked the COM ports & their setting then reconnected melcodiag & switched key on. (Note that at this point, after all the permutations, I don't remember if I still had to switch off/on and/or disconnect/reconnect and wifi/internet disconnected) - anyway it was successful, in the end the Reset buttons were active and "reacting" to the cursor clic - as I wasn't sure - service interval or annual service - I clicked each, then disconnected melcodiag and switched key off.

Annual service has now disappeared; It was tedious, but many thanks to jp & melcodiag.

well with the crash you had in the other post the licence couldn't be loaded .
now it shall be ok with the new version
