Licensed but no options available

Good afternoon,

I have completed all steps that I can find in the tutorials and searched forum entries - I have received and saved the license - but I simply cannot get the aplication to allow me to do anything.

Basically all buttons are greyed out. I can select the refresh checkboxes and I do get regular updated data, however the data quite incoorrect.

Any asistance would be greatly appreciated.

no you haven't register or you did it wrong
what the server said to you when you tried to register ?

Thanks for getting back to me,

I followed all the registration steps and when I clicked the 'Get License' button I was taken to the Registration page. Ater completing the bike/email fields, I then I got "Error: Missing some information, licence cannot be generated"

I searched through the forum with that error code and read a post you you suggested to amend the 1st line of the data to 'no ecu data' and it completed successfuly, I received the lic file via email, however as you mention the registration actually failed.

i made some changes , it shall be ok now

Thank you, the registration went through without issues. I will await the lic file and fingers crossed it will be good to go.

Thank you again, everything is working as expected now.
Also, I have te 10SW software and was able to reset service and Desmo intervals successfully.
