Reset oil multistrada 1200

Hello, I'm back to using melcodiag. I'm trying to clear the oil change alert again, but I can't. Melcodiag and elm 1.4 (obdlink LX) connect, I press the reset button but it freezes and does nothing. Can anyone help me? It's for a MTS 1200 enduro 2016, thanks.

i know i have issue with Softw 10SW
any way your lic file seems locked , click on right mouse button on lic file to display properties and unlock it

I'm looking in the properties of the lic. file, but I can't find any point that indicates unlocking. I seem to remember that I unlocked it at one time. If you need help with 10SW, I'll be happy to help.

i'd need to calculate a key , and i don't know the algorythm of it yet
