2023 Multistrada v4s Service

The bike is showing connected in the software and when I attempt to use the service buttons, the OBDII lights up but the bike doesn't show any changes to the oil service or the annual service. I pulled the positive off the battery to reset and still nothing. Below is the debug data. Any input would be appreciated. I also noticed that the debug data is showing the bike as a 2022 but it's a 2023.

all looks good.

i reupload melcodiag and try to send multiple commands and adding some delay , you can give it a try

I have the same bike... 2023 showing as 2022. I got a license generated. The Reset buttons are all gray'ed out so they won't click Almost as if I had no license... Any ideas?

This was in preparation for a sale and I just sold it! The buyer didn't care...

I redownloaded Melcodiag and slowly clicked between the service buttons. It still doesn't seem to reset the light though. Here's the debug log. If there's anything else I can do, please let me know.
