about ducati scrambler 1100sp/2022 annual service

I'm a user from china,my bike is the ducati scrambler 1100 sp / 2022.Firstly, thank you for providing assistance to friends around the world. I think you are great and very willing to make a donation.Last weekend, I attempted to remake my oil service, desmo service, and annual maintenance.
But because my Google mailbox couldn't be opened on my computer, I used my phone's Google mailbox to forward to another mailbox. During the operation, I didn't pay attention and applied for a lic again using another email. Now that I have two lic, I'm not sure which one to use, so I tried both and now my oil service and desmo service have been successful. The annual service was not successful, I wonder if there was a problem with my operation. I have checked some posts from other friends on the forum. I downloaded the software again, but it still shows as unregistered. Is my lic invalid?
My annual maintenance date is May 12, 2025. Should I try to modify the computer date or motorcycle date?
I also found an issue where during my attempts, the software version of the vehicle read by the software may change (I guess it may be related to the battery level, as the change occurs after the low battery prompt). Will this have an impact?
