Panagale 1199 Dashboard Compatibility error

I'm looking for help with the DTC Dashboard Compatibility error (s. attached snapshot).

My understanding is the BBS and Dashboard need to be synced/matched. Can this be done without a Ducati dealer visit?

i don't know any valid method to synchronise it together.
we could try some commands , but it can be worse than the actual state

It seems the dashboard, ecu and bbs are matched from the factory. I needed to get a second bbs due to a crack in the housing. Now, my Melcodiag lic file doesn't work anymore.

I tried a new, separate installation on a second laptop, but when registering the lic file server respond with the message that the system is already registered. What are my options?

so it's possible the lic you have is ok , or the new bbs was registered already
pm the Vin i'll delete it from db ,then you will be able to register again
