Hello forum,
thanks for having me. I am living in the Netherlands and a proud owner of a track prepared 1199. I have done my own (Desmo) maintenance and want to reset the interval. But additionally i also want to check any fault messages, because i am facing a non reliable gear indication, so perhaps this needs to be re calibrated as well.
Currently the bike is in transport so i can not ask for my licenses yet, but will do this shortly.
Great to see this forum and of course special thanks for JP who is facilitating this.

it worked well, my gear indicator is working better now, not perfect, if the bike is cold, the neutral is still shown as 2nd gear, but while I am driving (at the track), it is working perfect, so I am pleased.
Now I am trying to communicate with my road bike, a MV agusta brutale 800 from 2015. I believe the throttle sensor is not working well anymore. But apparently the software will not connect to my bike, the ECU type will not be recognized, something is going wrong.

what process did you follow ?the neutral is still shown as 2nd gear,
it seems the learning function has failed
