Can not get connected to get license. Cable is connected shows USB Serial Port com4 when connected, set in software as com4 but not connecting?

what kind of interface are you using ?did you try different com speed ?
the report may help to diagnose the issue

Lonelec KL-1 tried all the different com speeds. I have never used before, so totally in dark.

OK, i was able to connect and get licensed, now need help with procedure to activate the fog lights if you can assist.

besides not being sure how to enable the fog lights or if It is doable, when I connected to running bike after licensing the bike cut off immediately, seems I am doing something wrong?

you shallnot operate on the bike engine running.
all activations are done ignition ON , engine OFF
