Licence 2022 Ducati Streetfighter V4S

HI JP Hope all is well with you! so I recently bought this 2022 Ducati Streetfighter V4S use from the dealership and was doing the oil change myself when I tried to reset the service with melcodiag and registered the bike it keeps giving me an error says missing serial number.

yes you get nothing , may be you should try with the version 2.0.4.9 by re downloading the app
