2019 Scrambler Won't Connect

Hello,

I want to reset my annual service light.

Bike is a 2019 Ducati Scrambler 1100. I have tried 3 different OBDII cables including two ELM V1.5 and one ELM V1.4 from BMdiag meant for Ducatis.
FTDI chip is installed, I can see the corresponding COM ports, Select M3C at 38400. Try to connect and nothing, if I select Any bike I get the VIN but cannot pull a report to get license.

are you sure to ue be connect on the diag connector ?
ignition is on ?
you shall see something like like with m3c enabled :

Diag connector is connected
Ignition is on.
M3C enabled.

i see it's manufactured in asia , maybe it's not exactly same .
i send you a licence please report if it works

Tried to connect with license. Hit annual reset but no change, annual service light is still on. Tried with any bike as well as the other setting.

yes if bike is not 5 that won't works , yours missing data to switch to the good value "Bike = 4"
i'll let you know how to force it to 5 then let me know how it goes

Okay with the license you sent and the instructions I got it to work. Thanks again, I noticed some other people had issues with their Scramblers on the forum as well.

FYI. I had to select "any bike" to get it to work.

when you switch to anybike and issue a report , what bike number is it ?
