Multistrada 950 2017 - annual reset

Hello everybody.
I've a problem to reset the service on my 2017 Multistrada 950. The LEDs on my adapter and the write "date service" on dashboard are flashing and I hear a Windows sound but the service doesn´t reset. What am I doing wrong?

Which OBD device are you using because I'm having problems connecting to my 950, 2017.
Getting a 'System.OutOfMemoryException' error message on two different laptops.

I'm using a Lonelec bluetooth OBD reader(MELCODIAG DIAGNOSTIC KIT – BLUETOOTH INTERFACE + ADAPTOR (ELM & 4 Pin Set).

Hi bro! I'm not using a bluetooth interface, i'm using normal ELM 327 with USB cable.

I just get a window with the message; Error in processing report. Error details: Exception of type 'System.OutOfMemoryException' was thrown.
And I can't get any details about this error.

Yes that was the first thing I did. No effect.

Ive got an other ECU installed and that one gets the job done.
So my 'prototype' ECU is somehow locked.
