License Request Issue 2021 SuperSport

Hi Gang, I can get the software to connect and it pulls the VIN and other information. When I hit "get license" it says serial empty missing information. The VIN is in the info it pulled but at the bottom. Also snapped a debug notepad with the info. What should I do?
