2015 Multistrada 1200s reset PIN code

Hello, I am so grateful for this software and I have been able to connect to my Ducati, however I have no luck with the PIN code reset. I can read DTC and clear the codes but the active/passive tests and PIN reset seem to do nothing. Is this a limitation due to the model and year of the motorcycle? Or maybe my adapter? It is a 2015 Multistrada 1200s DVT. I will try to reconnect with different connection speed perhaps. I am using a bluetooth OBD reader (OBDLink MX+) at default 38k speed. Thanks for any help.

I've attached the debug file. I only just realized that the bike/ecu type is not showing after connecting. I can read codes, scan ecu and erase dtc but that's it.

Hi guys,
yesterday night i tried to reset the dashboard pin code on my SFV4S 2020 with a licensed melcodiag 2.0.4.4 (either with an old version 2.0... with the same licence as weel)

The interface try to comunicate with the bike (flashing the leds on the elm) but I got no result in the dashboard menu. The dash ask me still the old pin to modify it...

Any help for my situation on that?

Same issue here for a friends 1200 Multi. I managed the Demso reset no problem, but PIN reset does nothing. He purchased his bike used etc etc.

Would be great for a fix.
