Multistrada 1260 PP (2019) will not connect

Hi!

I'm having problems to connect my Multistrada 1260 from 2019 to melcodiag.

I've tried both a wireless ELM327 and a USB version. It seems to find the ELM but cannot connect to the bike or read the VIN.
COM port seems to be ok, and i've tried all availabele connection rates.
The cable i'm using seems to be correct, i've checked the pinout / voltages on the OBD connector.
And i'm using latest version melcodiag (2.0.5.0)

Any ideas?

Update, i get the impression that maybe both ELM connectors are not great, so i've ordered a OBDLink LX just to be sure. Other users seem to get good results with this.

elm v1.5 is maybe your issue
are you switching on ignition ?

Yes ignition is on.

Will wait for the OBDLink adapter to arrive and try again

Now with OBDLink LX no issues, bike is connecting and i've requested de license!

So many bad adaptors on the market...
