no service light reset button on the jpdiag

Post by jollygreen »

Hello, I have a 2010 Ducati Streetfighter 1098s with full 80 mm termi exhaust, i've done the jpdiag download, received the lic through email - everything appears to work, have the correct com port listed. I can turn the ignition on and get all the info on the bike - test fans - fuel pump - etc. However, there is no service light reset button on the jpdiag, theres a space for it, but no button. Any help would be appreciated, fyi - my computer skills are limited - mechanical is more my speed. Connections are the 3 wire with power leads from lonelec and the 16 pin adapter going into laptop

it's because you didn't use the installation tool setup.exe
i suspect you unzipped all files in the same place.
the ini files for the language shall resid in a subfolder of jpdiag named lang
