Could not reset service

Here is my motorcycle: Ducati Streetfighter V4, model year 2024, type: L3e-A3
Vehicle Identification Number (VIN): ZDM4F00AAPB001332
The program connects, but unfortunately, I cannot reset the service. Nothing happens when I click the button. Here is the text file:

your settings are correct but a lot of v1.5 elm are not compliant

i'd test an other elm

Hi JP,
I picked up an ELM 1.4 (USB OBD2 adapter/scanner with FT232RL 18F25K80 V1.4 original chip; suitable for Ducati motorcycles and compatible with Windows 7/8/10/XP).
I can connect to the motorcycle, but unfortunately, I can't activate any functions—clicking the buttons does nothing. The ELM's indicator lights respond, but nothing actually happens. I can't reset the service indicator, and other data—like mileage or outside temperature—is incorrect. Could it be that my 2024 model isn't supported? What might be the issue?

Hello,

I would like to reset the oil service on my Ducati Panigale V4S, model year 2022. Is this currently not possible with the software?

I am connected, have a valid license, and when I click on “Annual Service 0”, the lights on the OBD connector start flashing. After a while, I hear a notification sound from my laptop. However, the service indicator on the dashboard does not disappear.
