Track MV F4 1000R ecu write

I am building a MV Agusta F4 1000R 2006 bike for the track. I am opening the piping to breathe freely and I need to rewrite the ecu.

I got a connection between JPdiag and the ecu but when I tried to find how to load the original map from the ecu I couldn't find any button.

I think I need some kind of reading and writing program.
